Android : Android crash ..//libhwui.so, ..//libandroid_runtime.so

I tested my app on many devices and emulators, everything was perfect. But in real device (Galaxy S4 (ja3g) (Android 4.4)) app crashes via message /system/lib/libhwui.so, /system/lib/libandroid_runtime.so

and background lags only on Nexus 5 (android 5.0.1). i think this problems have same beginning.

i appreciate any help

i googled it, and even read questions on stackoverflow, but nothing help..
