Android : Custom InfoWindow layout not highlighting

I've created a class that implements the InfoWindowAdapter to get a custom layout. Everything is working fine, even the OnInfoWindowClickListener exept that the view is not highlighting when pressed. How is that possible? How can I make it work properly as default? I specify that in the custom view of the InfoWindow I put an image loaded with Picasso library.
